15's PRACTICES
Practices began on Tuesday, Aug. 3 for the Fall 2010 season. Practices are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at St. Anthony High School football stadium at Clark Avenue and Del Amo Boulevard in Long Beach. St.

New players of any experience level are always welcome at practice. Bring cleats (or tennis shoes if you don't have cleats), a mouthguard, an extra layer in case it's cold and dry clothes for after practice. 2010 7s PRACTICES
Practices for the 2010 summer 7s season will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays starting Tuesday, May 18. Practices are held at 7:15 p.m. at Marina Vista Park at the corner of Orlena and Colorado in Long Beach. Click here to see a map. Practices are open to any women interested in rugby, even if you are not interested in 7s. The 7s practices offer a great opportunity to work on your fitness, enhance individual rugby skills, learn rugby strategies (with a focus on 7s strategies) and to have fun with a great group of women!
