2010 7s PRACTICES

Practices for the 2010 summer 7s season are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:45 p.m. at Marina Vista Park at the corner of Orlena and Colorado in Long Beach. Click here to see a map.

Practices are open to any women interested in rugby, even if you are not interested in 7s. The 7s practices offer a great opportunity to work on your fitness, enhance individual rugby skills, learn rugby strategies (with a focus on 7s strategies) and to have fun with a great group of women!
